- Analyzed 4,200+ historical rejection events across 150 counties to identify common rejection reasons, then partnered with engineering teams to translate findings for an AI-based rejection-prevention system now in development
- QA-tested 250+ tickets against product requirements, catching discrepancies and partnering with developers to resolve and verify fixes before release
- Owned the "Request a County" feature end-to-end. Driving 133 county requests since launch. Data is now used in sales targeting for expansion

- Gathered requirements across Library IT, BYU IT, and library departments, writing 50+ user stories and acceptance criteria for library search and item detail page improvements
- Conducted 10+ one-on-one usability interviews with students, uncovering low engagement with the library’s WorldCat catalog link. Findings drove redesign of the item details page

- Founded and ran a solo window-cleaning business end-to-end. Managed pricing, scheduling, and service delivery generating ~$20K in revenue in one summer
- Spoke with 100+ prospective customers daily via door-to-door canvassing, converting cold outreach into a paying client base with zero marketing spend
